The Customer
A Taiwanese electronic company specializing in auto
fittings and electronic products came to us in 2000. They
saw our products at a trade show and asked us for samples
to test.
The Problem
They required a product which could take a large
electric current and satisfy other capabilities. Our technical
department designed and tested prototypes while in constant
communication with the customer.
In less than 2 months our products met all the customer requirements.
Our initial sale of only 2M RMB in 2001 expanded quickly
to 5M RMB in 2002, 10M RMB in 2003,16M RMB in 2004,and is
forecast to reach 24M RMB in 2005. These yearly increases
of 25-50% were due to customer satisfaction
Due to customer profit margins and low costs, the final price
to the customer has produced substantial profits for our customer.
